SPECIAL NEEDS -
If you or someone in your party have any special needs (for example, wheelchair
accessibility), please inform us at the time that you make your reservation.
We will try to best accommodate your requests at that time. Your refusal
to take the assigned room because you did not specify any special needs
at the time of making your reservation is treated as a last minute cancallation.
PAYMENTS -
Room must be paid in full at registration with cash, credit card or Traveler's
checks. No personal checks are accepted at check-in.
REQUIRED CREDIT CARD IMPRINT -
When paying in cash, we require a credit card imprint for incidental charges,
damage or excessive cleanup.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS -
One night deposit required in advance, credited to last day reserved. Balance
on arrival. Room is only guaranteed for days prepaid. Early departure is
treated as last minute cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS
- If received no later than 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date, a
full refund will be given, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Otherwise, the
entire deposit will be forfeited.
RATES ARE FOR 2 PEOPLE IN A ROOM
- Because our rooms are each different in size, each room has a different
maximum amount of guests allowed. Please let us know at the time
you make your reservation the amount of people that are to stay in your
room, and we will try to reserve a room which fits your needs A limited
number of cots are available. We reserve the right to charge for
additional people in a room.
* The Family Suite Rate, unlike our other room
rates (see above), is based on 4 people in a room. That's a great bargain
for families, see our Guestrooms page for more details.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
CIGAR AND PIPE SMOKING IS PROHIBITED
- A $200.00 cleaning charge will apply.
SMOKING IN ANY GUESTROOM IS PROHIBITED -
A $100.00 cleaning charge will apply.
No smoking in the motel, pool area or while in hot tub.
Smoking is permitted outside in the patio area.
